Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to select international destinations. If your location is not included in our shipping destinations, please contact us at support@poolcleaningrobot.store to see if we can accommodate your request.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping within UAE:

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

• Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days

• Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Avish Aquatech Trading LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Avish Aquatech Trading LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
